Realtor Education Program

This three-hour program features a detailed walking tour of Portland's West End neighborhood followed by a presentation on architectural styles and information about Portland's historic district ordinance. Includes an orientation about how to research a local property in Greater Portland Landmarks' research library. Learn about Portland's rich and varied architecture and impress your clients with your expert knowledge!

Tom Caron of Northeast Home Inspection Services leads the walking tour; GPL staff provides the library presentation. Complimentary coffee and snacks included. This fun and informative course is certified by the Maine Real Estate Commission and is worth three hours of continuing education credit (CE hours).

The next class will be Thursday, May 15, from 10am-1pm. Registration is handled by Tom Caron at 767-5400 or by email at tcaron@northeasthome.net. In general, classes will be held every other Thursday morning, weather permitting.

$30 per person, limit 12 students per class.
