Why advertise in Landmarks’ Restoration Directory?
Our members and constituents need your services!
Members and property owners who consult the Restoration Directory tell us they want more resources for the kind of building repairs and restoration projects they undertake. And they want the assurance that the services they anticipate using are from experienced professionals.
The Directory: The Restoration Directory is a juried listing of consultants, businesses, tradespeople, and other resources who have expertise in historic preservation. Beginning in 2012, the directory will offer 3 sections of resources: building rehabilitation services, real estate agents who handle historic properties and older homes, and energy efficiency and green building services.
The Directory will be inserted in the 2012 issue of the Landmarks Observer and include articles on energy efficiency, conservation, sustainability, and other related articles.
A unique Marketing opportunity: The Resource Directory will be distributed to 6,000 potential customers: 4,000 copies will be distributed to over 60 sites in the greater Portland area, and 2,000 copies will be mailed directly to members, preservation-minded home owners, and other constituents interested in preservation trades, services, and products. The directory will also be available on Landmarks’ web site www.portlandlandmarks.org.

A complete application consists of a completed Application Form, the text of the listing, payment for the listing, and photo and/or references (where applicable).
NO applications will be accepted after February 10. Late applications (submitted February 4-10) will be charged an additional $25.
