Office and Financial Manager
The Office and Financial Manager will manage all administrative office functions, including financial records and reports, data entry and gift acknowledgments, and website updates, monthly e-newsletters, and online sales and reservations. In addition, the Manager receives visitors and is the staff liaison for building projects and maintenance. The Office and Financial Manager must be a team player who is very well-organized, energetic, and able to multi-task effectively while enjoying working with staff, volunteers, and members of the public. Desire 3-5 years office experience, with 1- 3 years managing an office and proficiency in QuickBooks. Full Time, with benefits.
